Finding Wisdom in the Tensions: A both/and approach to strengthening culture, practice, and systems in inclusive international schools.

This two-day institute will bring international school leaders and educators together to recognize, embrace and plan for some of the persistent tensions involved in leading inclusive schools. Drawing on a new NFI and ISLES publication, participants will use case studies, polarity mapping, and practical leadership tools to examine their own context and identify meaningful next steps.
